Cookies are not the same as browser storage

Cookies can accompany web requests. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage APIs; their contents are not automatically sent with requests. Our tools use localStorage for saved answers, results and improvement history. That is not a claim that nothing is stored. Storage is specific to this website origin and browser profile, not a synchronized account. Other users of a shared device/profile may see it.

Implemented purposes and retention

• Privacy notice — necessary: localStorage key edge-secure-privacy-choice-v1 remembers your choice and timestamp. Only a new explicit choice marked analyticsVersion 1 can permit the disclosed Google Analytics purpose. Older records grant no analytics permission; marketing and thirdPartyReviews remain false. No automatic expiry is configured. If storage is blocked, the choice works for this visit only; persistence across visits or tabs cannot be guaranteed.
• Requested tool history — functional: localStorage key edgeSecure.toolRuns.v2 stores answers, scores, findings, timestamps and improvement status so you can return to saved work. It keeps up to the latest 100 saved runs, with no timed expiry. Necessary only does not disable requested tool functionality. Clear Saved History in Tools removes this history, not your privacy choice.
• Customer reviews — first-party content: selected Google review text is republished with permission as static cards, not a live or complete feed. Reading these cards makes no request to ReputationHub, HighLevel/LeadConnector or Google and sets no review-provider cookies. Following a Google link leaves this website and Google’s privacy practices apply.
• Google Analytics — optional: after explicit permission, the Google tag measures public page views, approved referrer origins, tool starts/completions, contact-button clicks and accepted inquiries, not form entries, contact details, answers, scores or reports. Only known public route addresses without query strings or fragments are sent, with a fixed page title. First-party _ga and _ga_YDYSKFSC57 cookies support browser/session measurement. Cookie lifetime is configured to 90 days without extension on each visit; this is separate from Google’s property-level data retention. Google receives technical connection information; excluding form contents does not make analytics anonymous. No tag or cookieless analytics ping is sent before permission. No advertising permission is requested.
• Cloudflare: operational traffic/security statistics support delivery and protection of this website. These are separate from optional browser analytics and are not disabled by Privacy settings. Cloudflare’s browser beacon remains disabled; no browser-beacon permission is collected.

Font delivery

Inter typography is served from this website. Font loading does not make a request to Google Fonts. This does not make the whole website free of third-party services; submitted inquiries and external links are described separately.

Your controls

Necessary only keeps analytics off. Allow analytics or the optional Analytics checkbox grants the disclosed Google Analytics purpose only. Manage preferences and Withdraw analytics are available in Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops new measurement, clears this site’s GA cookies and, if Google has loaded, will reload the page to stop its code. Unsaved form or tool edits may be lost. Saved tool history is not cleared. Withdrawal does not delete previously received analytics or submitted inquiries. Reviews remain readable without optional permission.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is checked on page load, window focus, page restoration and preference changes. GPC overrides optional analytics permission, including an already-open preferences panel. Legacy records never grant analytics permission. GPC denial is saved when storage is available; later signal absence never restores old permission. If storage is blocked, denial remains effective for this visit, but saving across visits cannot be guaranteed. Clear old site preferences with browser controls. This is not a company-wide opt-out confirmation or consent to company-wide sale or sharing; contact us about previously submitted or offline records.

The old review embed has been removed. That cannot undo prior provider processing or remove cookies previously set by another origin. Use your browser’s site-data controls to clear cookies and browser storage. Clearing all site data also clears preferences and saved history. Downloaded reports, printed copies and information deliberately sent through an inquiry or email are separate; clearing local history does not delete them or submitted CRM records.

Requested inquiries, providers and questions

Contact submissions and hosting/security request logs are separate from optional cookie consent. Selected service and entered contact details/message are submitted; UI-only page context and stored tool answers are not automatically attached.
